Special Website for Sacrifice from Diyanet

The Presidency of Religious Affairs has prepared a website for the coming Eid al-Adha.

The site has a rich content about the Sacrifice and also has a dedicated app for smartphones. There is a guide for sacrifice, times of eid prayer, and a section of frequently asked questions about the sacrifice. The site is on-line at the address of http://kurban.diyanet.gov.tr. Citizens can also access video answers for the frequently asked questions about the sacrifice.

The site includes all kinds of materials about the ritual of sacrifice as well as the communique about the implementation of the 2017 services provided for sacrifice.

People can also donate their shares online for the joint sacrifice organization of The Presidency of Religious Affairs and Turkiye Diyanet Foundation. The site also has information about domestic slaughterhouses and shops for sacrificial animals.

Also, a dedicated mobile application for smartphones has also been made.

The mobile application published on iOS and Android platforms called The Guide of Sacrifice will also be accessible through the site.
