The Tajik delegation's visit

President of Religious Affairs Prof. Ali Erbaş received Ambassador of Tajikistan to Turkey Mahmadali Rajabiyon, Chief Mufti of Tajikistan Saidmukarram Abdulkodirzoda, and the accompanying delegation.

President Prof. Erbaş expressed his satisfaction with the visit and added, “We are one people sharing the same faith, the same civilization, and the same cultural richness."

Pointing out that Turkey and Tajikistan were two friendly and brotherly countries, President Prof. Erbaş said, "The connectedness of our hearts lessens the distance between our countries."

Chief Mufti of Tajikistan Saidmukarram Abdulkodirzoda thanked President Prof. Erbaş for the reception and added, “Thank you very much for your warm welcome and the friendly atmosphere. This is a sign of very close fraternity and friendship of the two countries."

Also in attendance were Vice President of Religious Affairs Dr. Selim Argun and Director General of Foreign Relations Erdal Atalay.
