President of Religious Affairs Prof. Dr. Ali Erbaş visited the historical Sherif Halil Pasha Mosque which is one of the Ottoman works and the Shumen Imam Hatip High School (Nüvvab School) with its complex in Shumen, Bulgaria
President of Religious Affairs Prof. Dr. Ali Erbaş went to the Shumen after Varna within the scope of Bulgaria program and made visits.
President Erbaş first of all visited the Bulgaria Shumen County Mufti Mesut Mehmet and received information about works.
President Erbaş visited the historical Sherif Halil Pasha Mosque with its complex which is one of the Ottoman works and received information from the authorities, then led the noon prayer.
He signed the honor book of the Nüvvab School
The second place President Erbaş visited was Shumen Imam Hatip High School (Nüvvab School). President Erbaş visited the area at the entrance of the school where there is information about the history and importance, correspondences of the school and received information from the authorities and signed the honor book of the school.
He visited the Ibrahim Pasha Mosque
After the visitation in Shumen, President Erbaş went to the Razgrad (Deliorman) and visited Ibrahim Pasha Mosque whose restoration continues and Razgrad County Mufti. President Erbaş received information from Mufti Mehmet Ala here, and later he led the evening prayer in Ahmet Bey Mosque located in the garden of the Office of Mufti.
In his visit, he accompanied by Turkiye’s Ambassador of Sofia Aylin Sekizkök, Burgas Consul General Senem Güzel, Bulgaria Chief Mufti Dr. Mustafa Hacı Aliş, Presidency of Religious Affairs President of Department of Guidance and Inspection Hasan Güçlü, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Türkiye Diyanet Foundation İhsan Açık, Sofia Religious Services Counselor Erdal Atalay, Burgas Religious Services Attaché Mehmet Ungan.
