Vice President of Religious Affairs

 

Born in Kütahya in 1973, Kadir Dinç completed his primary education in his village.

 

  • 1984-1987: Completed memorization of the Qur'an at Directorate of Religious Affairs Kütahya Merkez Mollabey Qur'an Course.

 

  • 1987-1994: Attended Kütahya Merkez Imam-Khatib High School.

 

  • 1994: Appointed as the muadhdhin and imam of Kaditler Mosque in Kütahya .

 

  • 1995-1999: Received his bachelor's degree in Theology from Konya Selçuk University Faculty of Theology.

 

  • 1999-2002: Completed specialization training at Konya Selçuk Education Center Directorate as a 9th term student. During his undergraduate and specialization studies, he continued to serve as imam hatip of Sedirler Hasandede Mescit Küpeli Mosque under Konya/Karatay District Mufti's Office.

 

  • 2002-2006: Worked as a teacher at Presidency of Religious Affairs Trabzon/Akçaabat Darıca Training Center Directorate.

 

  • 2003: Completed his military service as a 289th short-term soldier in Ankara.

 

  • 2006: Transferred as a teacher to Presidency of Religious Affairs Antalya Hacı Mehmet Gebizli Training Center Directorate.

 

  • 2007-2011: Served as the Director of Antalya Hacı Mehmet Gebizli Training Center Directorate.

 

  • 2008: Completed his master's degree in Basic Islamic Sciences with a specialization in Tafsir at Konya Selçuk University Institute of Social Sciences.

 

  • 2011-2017: Served as the Director of the In-Service Training and Guidance Department of the Directorate General of Education Services at Presidency of Religious Affairs.

 

  • June 20, 2017: Temporarily assigned to the Directorate General of Education Services by the decision of the Presidency.

 

  • December 20, 2017: Appointed to the same position as a permanent employee with the Decision numbered 2017/587.

 

  • June 4, 2022: Continues to serve as the Vice President of the Presidency of Religious Affairs, to which he was appointed with the Decision numbered 2022/235. He was reappointed to the same position with the Decision numbered 2023/304 dated June 8, 2023, in accordance with Articles 2, 3, and 4 of the Presidential Decree numbered 3.

 

  • Married with three children. Fluent in Arabic and German.
